Nina at ACL
Last September I adopted Nina the cat from the Oak Park Animal Care League. She was twelve years old and had been in their care for months after being abandoned at the rescue by her people. She was miserable, mad, and sad and I fell in love with her immediately.
She has been nothing but love and joy ever since, and she's helped me heal from losing my two beloved cats (Nuala & Liffey) over the summer. I can't imagine life without her.
The Animal Care League does great work, and I want to say thank-you for what they did for Nina and for what they do for all the animals that come into their care, so if you'd help me do that, Nina and I would be very grateful.
